When to use it

Use it to share slides as a handout, or to send a presentation to someone who does not have PowerPoint.

How it works

1. Choose your files, or drop them onto the box above. You can add several at once.
2. Add a presentation and confirm the upload. Each slide becomes one PDF page.
3. Press the Convert to PDF button.
4. Download the result, or add a next step without downloading.

Where your file goes

The file goes to our conversion server only after you agree. It is converted there and deleted straight away; nothing is kept.

What is kept, and what is not

Slides, text and images are kept. Animations and transitions cannot exist in a PDF.

Limits

• Animations, transitions, videos and speaker notes do not appear in the PDF.
• Files up to 100 MB each.
• Very large or complex documents can take too long on the server and are stopped. If that happens, try a smaller file.

If something goes wrong

Some text moved or looks different

Fonts that are missing on the server are replaced. Using standard fonts in the presentation avoids this.

The conversion fails or takes too long

Check that the file opens in its own program. Damaged or very large files can fail; a smaller file usually works.

My file is not accepted

Check the formats listed above. A damaged file, or one with the wrong extension, is refused with a message saying why.
